Quantities
Trial lots from one container (~25 MT) for cathodes and scrap; part-vessel lots for concentrate and ore. Monthly programmes for qualified buyers.
Delivery
FOB, CIF or CFR under Incoterms® 2020. Loading via Dar es Salaam, Durban, Beira or Mombasa depending on product and route.
Pricing
Benchmark-referenced: LME for copper and cobalt, LBMA for gold, prevailing market for tantalum units. Confirmed at quotation.
Inspection
SGS, Bureau Veritas, Alex Stewart or Intertek at loading. Buyers may appoint their own inspector and attend loading in person.
Payment
Documentary letter of credit under UCP 600, or telegraphic transfer staged against verified milestones.
Documentation
Certificate of origin, export permit, assay certificate, packing list, bill of lading and marine insurance, each verified with the issuing body.
