These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SokoDolla Limited (Company Registration No. PVT-EY13YB27), a company registered in the Republic of Kenya ("SokoDolla", "we", "us" or "our").

SokoDolla Limited sources and supplies copper and related minerals from East and Central Africa, including Zambia and the Democratic Republic of the Congo, to international buyers. Depending on the transaction, SokoDolla may contract with the buyer as principal, or act as the buyer’s agent arranging supply from a producer or licensed exporter. The capacity in which SokoDolla acts for a given transaction is set out in the agreement for that transaction. Our services include supply sourcing, supplier identification and verification, on-site inspection, independent sampling, negotiation support, and coordination of contract review with licensed counsel. All sourcing, counterparty evaluations, physical warehouse inspections, and assay verifications are conducted by experienced human professionals and accredited testing agencies. SokoDolla does not use artificial intelligence (AI) or automated web bots to search for, select, or verify suppliers.

To engage our services or submit an enquiry through this Website, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal authority to bind your company or organization
• The information you provide to us is accurate and complete
• You will use the Website and our services only for lawful purposes

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sokodolla and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Website
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your reliance on our verification findings or professional assessments
• Any business decisions or transactions you enter into with a supplier

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nairobi, Kenya.

This Website is an informational and enquiry platform for our supply and verification services. For the avoidance of doubt:

• No goods are sold through this Website; there is no online shop or checkout, and every transaction is contracted separately
• We do not collect card details, bank credentials or any payment information on this Website
• We never request payment in cryptocurrency, gift cards, or through irreversible cash-transfer services
• Fees for engaged services are invoiced directly by SokoDolla Limited and are payable only to a bank account held in the name of SokoDolla Limited, as stated on the invoice
• Any communication claiming otherwise, or requesting payment to an individual, is not from us — please report it to support@sokodolla.com

Enquiries, quotations and RFQ submissions through this Website are free of charge. Where you engage us for a service, the scope and fee are agreed in advance in a written engagement and invoiced before work commences.

• You will always receive a written scope and a formal invoice before any payment is due
• If we are unable to deliver an agreed service, the fee is refunded or credited, less any documented out-of-pocket costs already incurred
• Refund requests should be sent to support@sokodolla.com and are answered within five (5) working days

We aim to acknowledge every enquiry and complaint within one (1) working day and to resolve matters within five (5) working days. SokoDolla Limited operates in physical commodities only. We do not operate a cryptocurrency exchange, wallet, digital-asset holding service, token, investment scheme or any form of financial service, and we do not accept payment in digital assets. Our advice to buyers not to pay unknown sellers by irreversible methods is fraud-prevention guidance and should not be read as an offer of any digital-asset service. Any website, message or account suggesting that SokoDolla offers investments, trading returns or digital-asset products is not connected with us and should be reported to support@sokodolla.com.

In the interest of transparency, the following technologies are used on this Website. None of them install software on your device, and we do not distribute downloadable applications:
