Verified Copper Cathodes & Mineral Suppliers
Zambia, DRC & East Africa
We source and supply copper cathodes, copper concentrate, copper wire, gold and other strategic minerals for international buyers, with supplier verification, due diligence and export logistics support. We help international buyers verify suppliers, structure deals, and source copper and other strategic minerals from East and Central Africa — combining experienced specialists on the ground with AI-assisted verification.
Who We Are
SokoDolla is a registered company sourcing and supplying copper and strategic minerals across East and Central Africa. Our clients are trading houses, refiners, manufacturers and family offices buying from the region — and depending on the transaction we supply them directly or arrange supply from a producer we have verified.
We verify who you are dealing with, confirm the goods exist at the quality and quantity claimed, and structure the transaction so payment follows verified milestones. We are not a law firm, a laboratory or a bank — we coordinate the licensed professionals who are, around your deal.
We operate primarily across the Copperbelt corridor — Zambia (Kitwe, Ndola, Solwezi) and the Democratic Republic of Congo (Lubumbashi, Kolwezi) — and serve buyers in Europe, the Middle East, India, China, and the Americas.
Our Mission
To make sourcing minerals from East and Central Africa as safe and transparent as sourcing them anywhere else in the world — through rigorous verification, professional advisory, and end-to-end deal support.
Our Approach
Engagements scoped to the transaction rather than to a template. Specialists on the ground rather than desktop-only research. Written reports with clear recommendations rather than vague risk colour-codes.
Our Standards
We act for the buyer alone and hold no commercial relationship with any supplier we assess. All findings are documented, sourced and human-verified, and confidentiality is the default on every engagement.
The Disciplines We Bring Together
A typical engagement draws on several of the following disciplines, coordinated by our team. We work alongside a network of licensed local counsel, accredited laboratories, and qualified industry specialists in each market.
Legal & Contracts
We coordinate with licensed local counsel in Zambia and DRC for sale-and-purchase agreements, LC and T/T payment clauses, inspection and force-majeure language. Binding legal advice is provided by the qualified attorneys we work with.
Mining & Operations
Advisors with hands-on experience in the Copperbelt and the Lualaba/Haut-Katanga corridor. We assess mining-licence validity, claimed production capacity, and the operational reality on the ground at the mine and warehouse.
Independent Testing
We coordinate physical sampling at source and submit specimens to accredited third-party laboratories — SGS, Bureau Veritas, and Alfred H Knight — for XRF purity analysis and ICP-OES elemental testing.
Trading & Procurement
Specialists in LME-referenced pricing, TC/RC structures for concentrate, Incoterms, and the documentary mechanics of international metals trade. We negotiate terms and structure deals to protect the buyer.
Advisory & Risk
End-to-end advisory across supplier selection, deal structure, payment milestones, and inspection regimes. Every engagement closes with a written report and a clear proceed / proceed-with-conditions / avoid recommendation.
AI-Assisted Verification
We use AI to accelerate document review, cross-check licence registries, and surface adverse media and sanctions hits faster than manual searches. Every AI finding is verified by a human analyst before it reaches your report.

Why Buyers Work With Us
Independent of Suppliers
We act for the buyer and no one else. No supplier can influence a finding, sponsor a recommendation or buy a place on a shortlist. Your interest is the only interest we represent.
On the Ground
We don't conduct due diligence from a desk in another country. Our team and our network are physically present in the producing regions, which is the only way to verify what is actually happening at a mine or warehouse.
Custom-Scoped
Every engagement is sized to the deal — a background check for a small order, full forensic verification for a multi-million dollar contract. The depth of work is set by what the transaction actually warrants.
AI Where It Helps
We use AI for what it is good at — document scanning, cross-referencing registries, surfacing adverse media — and we use experienced humans for judgement, negotiation, and field verification. AI accelerates the work; it does not replace the analyst.
Confidential by Default
Every engagement is treated as confidential. We do not publish client names, deal volumes, or supplier lists. Reports are delivered only to the buyer who commissioned them.
Written Recommendations
Every report ends with a clear proceed / proceed-with-conditions / avoid recommendation. We tell you what we think, not just what we found.
