We source and supply copper to international buyers. Depending on the transaction we contract with you directly or arrange supply from a producer we have verified — and in either case the licence, authority to sell and physical stock are checked before material ships.

How the Engagement Works
- We formalise the engagement in a written agreement setting out your requirements, our scope and the capacity in which we act for that transaction.
- Commercial terms are agreed directly with you before any work begins and recorded in that agreement, so there are no surprises later.
- You remain in full control — you decide whether to proceed with any supplier, and you conduct your own final verification (which our due-diligence service can support).
Supplier Due Diligence & Verification
Already found a supplier? Before you wire a cent, let us verify them. Our due-diligence service ranges from a quick background check to a full on-the-ground forensic engagement — custom-scoped to the size of your deal.
Company & Mining-License Background Check
Validation of company registration (PACRA in Zambia, RCCM in DRC), tax IDs, beneficial ownership, and mining licences against Zambia's Mining Cadastre Portal and the DRC CAMI database.
Document Authentication & Assay Verification
We verify assay certificates directly with the issuing labs (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Alfred H Knight), and confirm export permits, certificates of origin, and — for DRC — ICGLR conflict-free certificates.
On-Site Mine & Warehouse Inspection
Our team visits the mine, warehouse or stockyard on your behalf — confirming the operation exists at the claimed scale, capturing photos and video, and witnessing loading. We cover the Copperbelt and Lualaba / Haut-Katanga.
Independent Copper Sampling & Lab Testing
We draw physical samples at source and submit them to SGS, Bureau Veritas or Intertek for XRF purity and ICP-OES elemental testing. The lab certificate comes to you directly — not a copy supplied by the seller.
Enhanced Supplier Investigation
A deeper, scope-based verification: trade references, court and litigation history, adverse-media review, sanctions and PEP screening, and discreet on-the-ground confirmation. Conducted lawfully through public records and licensed local partners.
Final Risk Score & Recommendation Report
Every engagement closes with a written report: a 0–100 trust score, colour-coded risk level, detailed findings, and a clear proceed / proceed-with-conditions / avoid recommendation.
